CHEP: Luca Rossi is the new Vice-President, European Key Accounts
The supply chain solutions company CHEP has announced the promotion of Luca Rossi (pictured) to the position of Vice-President, European Key Accounts. The professional replaces Candice Herndon, who held the position since 2018 and recently left the business.
He will report directly to the President of CHEP in Europe and, being part of the European Executive team, Rossi will have overall responsibility for relationships with CHEP’s 35 European Key Accounts (EKA), and will oversee the delivery of excellent value, innovation and customer experience to the industry. Furthermore, working closely with the Commercial teams across Europe, he will develop and implement the on-going strategy to strengthen the relationship with the company’s largest customers.
Rossi began his career at CHEP in 1999 as Sales Manager. In 2003 he became Country General Manager of CHEP Italy. In 2012 he was promoted Vice President, Automotive & Industrial Solutions, effectively promoting relationships with the main customers and achieving excellent results in terms of customer satisfaction. More recently, he joined the Chep EKA team, which will facilitate the transition to his new role.
